Small group coaching at Blueprint Fitness offers a unique and personalized training experience with one coach dedicated to a group of up to three participants. This intimate setting allows for individualized attention, ensuring that each participant's fitness goals and needs are met effectively. With small group coaching, participants benefit from the collective energy and motivation of the group while receiving focused guidance from their coach.
Participants 55+ are grouped in a private class that is focused on Community, building strength, conditioning, balance, coordination, flexibility, and mobility in a slower-paced environment.
